選輯裡收錄了西元1949年到1953年間的錄音紀錄，廿出頭的Sassy剛完成正統音樂教育，所以裡面的選曲也偏「正統」，多半是和管絃樂團合作的曲子。其中和好朋友Billy Eckstine合唱的《Dedicated to You》與《You’re All I Need》特別有味道。前者我們有John Coltrane和Johnny Hartman的合作版本可對照，我們發現Eckstine的歌聲和Hartman相當類似，低沉中帶有無盡的感性，和Sassy搭起來溫暖極了！後者二人則唱出了堅固友誼，畢竟二人早從西元1944年就開始合作。

第九軌《Can’t Get Out of This Mood》和第十軌《It Might as Well Be Spring》是和小號天王Miles Davis的合作錄音，那時Miles剛完成了「酷派爵士的誕生」《The Birth of the Cool》，因此二首曲子聽來自然「酷」味十足！有時根據爵士樂的歷史背景來聽音樂，趣味更豐富！
