當艾維‧艾維塔第一次在耶路撒冷聽到安東尼尼指揮和諧花園古樂團的音樂會時，對他們魅力四射與激情火花的表演所震攝，心想！「這就是我想要的音樂表現方式。」如今夢寐以償，艾維塔得以與他們合作演出專輯。
在這張全新專輯中，艾維塔演出三首為曼陀林譜寫的原創協奏曲，以及改編巴哈、韋瓦第的曼陀林改編協奏曲。韋瓦第RV 580原本是為四把小提琴而寫，由艾維塔本人親自改編給四把曼陀林演奏，運用多軌錄音四把曼陀林皆由艾維塔演奏，而為了呈現不同的表情與音色，艾維塔選擇了四把不同的曼陀林與兩把曼陀。巴哈著名為小提琴與雙簧管協奏曲，艾維塔改編給曼陀林與直笛演奏，直笛由同時身為超技直笛演奏家安東尼尼擔任，雙方對演出十分自豪，成功的創造獨奏者與樂團間或獨奏與獨奏間的對話。
三首原創作品有兩首來自於曼陀林的發源地義大利拿坡里，分別是巴貝拉、帕伊謝洛。而胡麥爾的Ｇ大調曼陀林協奏曲，可能是當時義大利著名曼陀林演奏家波托拉齊經常巡迴德國奧地利，胡麥爾因此得到靈感的創作。
在為曼陀林嘗試過許多不同改編演出表演形式之後，艾維塔重新回到古典音樂核心曲目，繼續為這個被忽視的樂器進行復興，重新挖掘出失落數百年作品與擴展出更多不同的可能性。
