其實 Trance 100 - 2009 系列兩輯分別於年初和年中推出，在內容概念上是相當清楚的，前者是「鋪路預告」 - 回頭將 ’08下旬的經典大收一次、再放進即將推出新作或主力宣傳的玩意兒；而後者就是著著實實「上半年度精選」的味道了，也因此這次的陣容囊括了被 AVB 盛讚為「電音製作界明日之星」的 20 才雙人組 W&W，其 Captivating Sounds 同門 Paul Trainer 一起入列，且再度情商兄弟單位 Be Yourself Music 借將三碟魔人 Jochen Miller，帶來的都是 Tech - Trance 的巨大合成音場及轉折旅程。至於好聽人聲勸世方面則一定要注意 John O’Callaghan，他不但已進百大 DJ之門 (60)，且是愛爾蘭舞曲大獎 Best Producer 與 Best DJ 的雙料新科霸主，作品當然要好好欣賞！還有融合派前衛傳思好手 Gareth Emery 貢獻全新自創品牌 Gauda 首支發行，AVB 則依慣例拿出 Imagine - The Remixes 裏 Hold On To Me 的 John O’Callaghan 混版當伴手禮，Markus Schulz、Roger Shah 等班底也都沒缺席，最後補上強力推薦的 Kyau & Albert，他們不僅在 IDMA 24被提名最佳新進組合，單曲 Hide & Seek 更攫取了 Best HiNRG/Euro Track 的殊榮，此番的 Hooked On Infinity 正是本年的最新單曲，誠意十足！
