【專輯介紹】       

09年先行在台灣以《繆斯女神．絕對精選The Violin Muse The Best of Ikuko Kawai》專輯迅速在發燒音響展與市場樹立絕贊好評。日本超級跨界古典小提琴演奏家潔靜清澈氣質出眾，川井郁子－日本香川縣高松市出生，Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music深造畢業，現任大阪藝術大學藝術學院教授，98年曾以東寶電影公司出品之《絆》一片榮獲「批評家大賞」新人獎／99年與日本偶像柏原祟主演電影《愛在天空的另一端》。

擁有小提琴演奏藝術與作曲才華於一身，舞台魅力橫跨古典／跨界／流行。曾與波蘭Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra「華沙愛樂交響樂團」、New Japan Phihamonic Orchestra「新日本愛樂交響樂團」合作、藍調節奏歌手Sheila. E、王菲、Gypsy Kings等藝人同台演出。美國華裔滑冰好手Michelle Kwan關穎珊以川井的“Red Violin”作為比賽演出配樂將川井的音樂知名度推至世界級。

        Appassionato精選專輯概念源自川井郁子對音樂獨道品味與內心哲思，自選《新世界》、《嵐が丘》、《Violin Muse》、《Aurora》、《Instinct》五張專輯收錄 Tchaikvosky、Bach、Vivaldi、Rachmaninov、Handel、Paganini等古典名作重新編曲，將內在戲劇之心隨弦轉化至名曲，綻放一朵朵跳躍充滿熱情的音符，這張是屬於川井郁子色彩的古典音樂相片簿，特以1715年製、大阪藝術大學所藏Antonio Stradivari小提琴演奏錄製，呈現極致經典音色。
